The Beard Liberation Front has said that news that Salvador Dali’s moustache is intact almost 30 years after he died underlines that facial hair is resilient

According to the embalmer who was behind the exhumation of Dali’s body in a paternity dispute, his moustache could last for hundreds of years.

The campaigners say this begs the intriguing question of whether other famous facial hair might once again be exposed to public view
