HIRSUTE SAY ROBERT JAY QC HAS JOINED BEARD HALL OF FAME
The Beard Liberation Front, the informal network of beard wearers,has said that Robert Jay QC has been inducted into the Beard Hall of Fame after his role in the Leveson Inquiry at the Royal Courts of Justice thrust him into the public eye.
The Beard Hall of Fame comprises an elite group of the hirsute whose beards have an overwhelmingly positive association in the public eye. Other members include Brian Blessed, Frank Dobson, Rolf Harris,Bill Oddie and Robert Plant.
The BLF says that Mr Jay is an outstanding example of how a beard can add gravitas to a public performance and make a significant positive impact in the public eye.
